Important Information for a Seamless Experience

Deposit Policy

To reserve your appointment, a $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
Your remaining balance is due at your appointment.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Any changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit.

Late arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may incur a $10 late fee.
Please note: Depending on your arrival time, your service may be shortened or rescheduled..

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will automatically lose their deposit.
All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
